Streamline.net (Recommended)
Streamline provides domains included with starter hosting packages.  A few years ago Streamline would not be recommended, however they've made considerable improvement since the early days. Their control panel is fairly simple, (not as clear as 1and1, not as bad as 123-reg). Support details are easy to find and there is a good support ticket system once you are logged in.
